This is a very interesting link to the issue of how chain of custody in wood supplies keeps us environmentalists guessing.
Not that the wood is necessarily being used in landscaping but reflects the generalised issue with timber.
What concerns me is that a lot of this timber industry are not telling us where the source of the timber is coming from. Canadian oregon, maple, etc, are widely used for instruments like guitars, it would be good to source a more sustainable timber.
